Important Notes	Customers are not allowed to change or modify plan within waiver period once subscribed to this campaign. Only movements with incremental price or speed are allowed. Advance Payment / Upfront Payment/ Deposit Payment	Local customer (Malaysian) (Consumer and Business) is required to make advance payment RM100 to TM Unifi account within 14 days after installation to avoid service suspension. Account will be suspended if no payment made after 14 days. If NO Advance Payment paid after 30 days , customer account will be force terminated due to “Unpaid Upfront Payment” and early termination penalty will be charged. Advance payment can be made via JomPAY through internet banking, 7-Eleven or TMpoint–Counter and kiosk. The Advance payment amount will be reflected in 1st bill or 2nd bill of customer depend on customer bill cycle. Foreigner (Consumer and Business) is required to make Deposit Payment RM500 after registration in order to proceed with installation. Customer can only get back the foreigner deposit RM500 upon termination. The payment will be utilized upon termination in final bill calculation (after minus the outstanding including penalty). For Port Full area (Demand List) which require TM to add port (justified by TM), customer is required to make Upfront Payment RM88 to proceed to request add port. The Demand List upfront payment RM88 subject to TM justification. Kindly refer to your account manager.
