Important Notes for Maxis Home Fibre Package

You are required to scan and upload full document (Customer's photocopy IC or passport (Foreginer) and application form with customer signature) to Tagter.com upon submission. Passport must be valid at least 6 months from the date of registration
For foreigner order, we will submit the order to Maxis system first. After that, please advice customer to walk in to Maxis Center to make foreigner deposit.
It takes about 1 week for Maxis to process your order upon submission.
Unlimited quota extended till further notice.
RM200 installation fee is waived until further notice.
Installation fee waiver only applies for standard installations.
For non-standard installations, any additional costs for trenching, retiling, repainting and concealing done by independent contractors will be borne by customer.

24-month contract / 36-month contract
For new Maxis Home Fibre registered from 23 November 2020 onwards, Early termination penalty is normal monthly recurring charges x remaining unexpired duration of the 24 / 36 months or RM500, whichever is higher.
